I have loved writing since the first time I remember putting pen to paper, or let’s be real, putting finger to keyboard.

Writing is what I find most stimulating and rewarding, and I am eager to dedicate my life to storytelling, be that through journalistic reporting and editing, working with brands to enrich brand identity, or helping to increase engagement with publications through SEO practices.

  • Create compelling copy for marketing campaigns across channels, including social media (147k combined followers), email, website and blog that authentically represents 1871’s brand voice and products

  • Pitched articles and provided SEO recommendations to editorial team, including headlines, body copy and meta-data, based on trending subjects and keywords in Google Trends and SEMrush, and authored articles for Page Six Style

  • Monitored search and internal engagement for New York Post, Page Six and Decider and cataloged search referral engagement for Google Discover to identify trends to guide future editorial content

  • Owned the New York Post’s presence on Google News Showcase and created five panels per day that featured top performing stories and SEO friendly headlines
